This entry-level red wine "Latitude" is really very nice, with a velvety structure full of freshness and fruitiness. It is a light and pleasant wine that goes well with simple cooking such as grilled meats or summer salads.

Languedoc wines, full of sunshine, are sometimes a little heavy and hard to drink, but this one on the contrary is full of lightness and very consensual which makes it a wine "pleasure" of friends at a very interesting price.

    Un vin rouge très groumand

    plein de fruité, c'est pour moi l'exemple même de vin plein de gourmandise.
    Plutôt estival, j'en ouvre aussi quelques bouteilles l'hiver autour d'une raclette ou d'une fondue bourguignonne par exemple, sa fraîcheur est alors très agréable pour contrebalancer la lourdeur d'un plat d'hiver (qu'on adore aussi!)
