SAINT-JOSEPH Chaussonot du domaine GRENIER

Vin Rouge

VIN ROUGE

Red wine label : SAINT-JOSEPH (Great red wine from the northern Rhône Valley)

Alcohol 12,5 % / vol

Vintage : 2020

Grape variety : 100 % Syrah

Beautiful south, south-east exposure, the vines are more than 20 years old with a mixed breeding, barrel and vat for 12 months.

With a beautiful sunny exposure, this Saint-Joseph "Chaussonot" gives us a very nice bouquet of black fruits that we find in the mouth with a nice vanilla note.

Less robust than the other Saint-Joseph "Grange Bara" from the Grenier estate, this is a well-balanced Saint-Joseph with a remarkable finesse that will delight all amateurs.

Food and Wine pairing with this Saint-Joseph "Chaussonot" from Grenier

Why not prepare a good traditional recipe such as a "blanquette de Veau à l'ancienne". The delicacy of this red wine will marry marvellously with this creamy sauce accompanied by small onions and mushrooms.
