Grape variety : MALBEC

Alcohol: 13%

Never seen before! A wine aged in a container as close as possible to its natural environment!

The Causse plateau, located in the north of the Lot department, is a limestone plateau located at an altitude of 300 m.

This wine is therefore aged for nearly 12 months in a 10 Hectolitre vat...cut from a block of limestone!

We naturally obtain a very mineral wine with a beautiful elegance.

Food and wine pairing with this unusual Cahors

We can favour the cuisine of the South-West with a beautiful Périgourdine salad made of Foie gras, duck breast, gizzards and nuts!

To follow, it will go perfectly with a duck confit accompanied by its famous Sarlat potatoes.
