Liveliness and freshness for an entry-level white wine from the Domaine du Moulin de GASSAC which we found very nice.

The blend of grape varieties which composes it is very original, so don't expect "classic" aromas, blindly it is very intriguing, on summer flowers with a finish on acacia.

Original, but well done and our tasting committee validated without hesitation this white Guilhem, especially when they saw the price list: A rare quality/price ratio!
