Be careful not to taste a Banyuls with a rib of beef !!
It will be very nice alone or as an aperitif with a goat/walnut pie for example. But it is also a wine that is appreciated on a dessert.

Une découverte que je n'oublirais jamais!
J'ai dû mal à imaginer boire ce vin en mangeant, peut-être avec du chocolat au dessert?
Nous l'avons bu à l'apéritif, cela ressemble à un vin cuit, il est très vif et rond à la fois. Nous avons bu 2 verres chacun avant de tous tomber par terre... Attention, ce vin rend très vite très idiot! :D
Très bon appéritif
Ce vin n'est pas un vin classique, je crois qu'il y a un ajout d'alcool de fruit sur le raisin pendant la vinification.
Résultat un produit très original qui est entre un ratafia et un MacVin. A découvrir frais à l'apéro.
