It is since 1989 that the Domaine du Monteillet has been producing this Saint-Joseph and you will certainly have understood it, it is also on this date that Antoine, Stéphane's father became a grandfather!

And when you become a "Grandpa", you choose your most beautiful plots with old vines at least 25 years old and make an exceptional vintage!

A lot of intensity on the nose with marked aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrant or raspberry and floral notes with a beautiful spicy hint!

On the palate, it is a festival of aromas where we find all these red fruits with a beautiful length that will delight all Syrah lovers!

The food and wine pairings with this great Saint-Joseph are numerous, lovers of game will particularly enjoy it with game such as sautéed deer or wild boar stew!

If you are not too much of a hunter, let yourself be tempted by a lamb navarin or simply by a coq au vin or a Bourguignon beef!
