This wine of the domain Le Rocher des Violette reminds us of a Sancerre but with notes of Accacia and quince more marked.

It is Xavier WEISSKOPF who works on this particularly well-balanced wine, full of fruity sweetness whereas it is a rather dry wine, thanks in particular to a 7 months ageing in used wooden barrels.

A top-of-the-range white wine, round and consensual, very pleasantly fresh as an aperitif.
