This very pale pink wine is one of the most beautiful rosé wines of the Minuty estate. It is a small production coming from seaside vineyards with a perfect south-south-west exposure, not far from the Minuty estate located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula.

The nose is fine but rather moderate, on the other hand in mouth an explosion of Grapefruit and vine peach aromas.

A beautiful length in the mouth that is rarely found in pink wines.


Food and wine pairing with this Minuty Rose et Or

The elegance of this pink wine will allow you to sublimate a great summer meal around beautiful shellfish: crab, lobster langoustine and prawns. It is also very nice around an aperitif with tapas of the sea or during the meal with a beautiful Paella of the sea.

Délicieux rosé

Ce Rose et Or de Minuty est fin et élégant. Un grand rosé qui ne déçoit pas!

    Un bouteille prise au hasard

    J'étais curieuse de savoir ce que ça pouvait donner un grand vin rosé. Et je n'ai pas été déçue avec ce Rose et Or qui vaut effectivement son pesant d'or. Rien à voir avec le rosé d'entrée de gamme de Minuty, là il y a du corps et de la structure.
    Je ne sais pas trop avec quel repas on pourrait apprécier ce Rose et Or, nous l'avons simplement déguster à l'apéritif et ce Minuty a fait son petit effet.

      Une perle de Provence

      A ce tarif là vous n'avez pas un simple rosé, mais un vin gastronomique excellent !
      Petit conseil : ne pas servir ce Minuty Rose et Or trop frais au risque de casser ses arômes, comme un bon vin blanc il vaut mieux le déguster autour de 13° pour bien en apprécier tous ses arômes et sa complexité.
