A red Crozes-Hermitage which is a beautiful expression of its terroir, and with the bottle in relief of the DELAS Frères estate which always has its effect.

This red wine is structured, fruity and aromatic. The finish is slightly spicy but also with a touch of rather elegant oak (only 30% matured in oak barrels so as not to leave a strong impression on the wine).

The vines of this place called "les launes" are exposed due south, but the wine is not that strong, it remains fruity with a beautiful structure.


Food and wine pairing with this Crozes-Hermitage "Les Launes"

This wine can be reserved for a beautiful piece of tasty meat with mushrooms, and then with farmhouse strong cheeses. But we also enjoyed it as an aperitif with a local raw ham, and it also works very well.
