Ce Viré-Clessé est sec et minéral, idéal pour un repas mais très sympa aussi à l'apéro.

Très agréable Bourgogne blanc
Apéritif avec quelques douzaines d'escargots au beurre persillé (j'avais lu vos conseil et j'ai respecté l'accord mets et vin) et effectivement 2 bouteilles de ce Viré-Classé sont passée sans qu'on s'en rende compte.
