White wine "Les Hauts du Monteillet", aged and vinified by Stéphane MONTEZ in the northern Rhône valley.

Vintage: 2023 - Keeps for about 3 years.

Grape varieties : Depending on the year, marriage of Viognier, Clairette, Roussanne and Chardonnay (13.5% vol.).

Ageing : 7 months in 1/2 muids of French oak.


This white wine is very pleasant, on a par with the good white Saint-Joseph whites found in the northern Rhône valley.

A very fruity nose oriented towards grapefruit, while in the mouth this white wine is opulent with a lot of fruitiness, freshness and a point of minerality. The finish is slightly vanilla.


Food and wine pairing with these Hauts de Monteillet white wines

Ideal as an aperitif with tapas from the sea, this pretty white wine is also very nice with a Savoyard fondue or a hot box at the Mont d'Or.
