The Saint-Julien vineyard is fortunate to have a climate regulated by the freshness of the Gironde, and an exceptional subsoil composed of gravel and pebbles that gives a velvety style to the red wines of this great Bordeaux appellation.

Château LALANDE's wine is a particularly round and elegant SAINT-JULIEN with a very pleasant oak note that combines well with the aromas of black fruit from Cabernet and Merlot.

The long ageing in new oak barrels makes it a little harsh in the first years, but the vintage we propose has already rounded off and is perfect for tasting... even if this wine remains a great wine to keep and you will be able to forget it in your cellar for many years!

Very pleasant with a good meat in sauce or a nice piece of grilled beef, this great red wine from Bordeaux is also delicious with a cheese of character as our friends from the north know how to make it, a farm Maroilles or a Bergues cheese matured with beer or even a Bleu du nord.
