Negrette is the majority in this red wine, which is the trademark of Fronton, the favorite wine of the inhabitants of Toulouse, the pink city is indeed very close. And it is moreover friends from Toulouse who advised us to go and visit this domain which produces very pleasant wines, with a good quality/price ratio...and with the organic label on top of that!

Indeed we were not disappointed, this cuvée Alexanne is a very pleasant red wine, fruity (blackberry and blackcurrant) and greedy with some spicy notes and a freshness that we like to find in the Fronton which sometimes lacks some.

If we let ourselves be carried by the terroir, it is with a good cassoulet that we will taste this red wine, or with a confit of duck from the South-West. Well, it is true that a nice red wine like this one is also very pleasant simply with a platter of charcuterie.
