An exceptional and very sunny terroir. Cornas means "scorched earth" in Celtic. Cornas is generally a great red wine with a lot of character, and this beautiful specimen of the Cave de Tain has benefited from a beautiful ageing and a few years of rest in the cellar which have allowed it to round out.

At the tasting we really have the feeling of a great wine with aromas of black fruits marked on the nose and explosive on the palate. The terroir of this Cornas parcel, but also the long ageing in barrels, gives this red wine a lot of finesse and elegance.

This beautiful ARÈNES SAUVAGES cuvée goes perfectly with red meat, meat in sauce, or even with game. It is also great with a strong cheese platter.
