This Fixin is a red Burgundy wine produced on a small parcel of less than 2 hectares located at the extreme east of the appellation, on old vines of 55 years. Livelier and more mineral than other red Burgundy wines, this Fixin is not the most consensual wine of the Domaine BOUVIER, yet amateurs will appreciate its tense black fruit aromas, its mineral side and a nice salinity in the finish.

The producer advises a systematic decanting (except for very old vintages) of at least 2 hours, which will allow the wine to open up and offer you the whole of its aromatic palette.

Excellent Fixin

Très bon rouge de Bourgogne, vu la qualité du Fixin je suis impatient de découvrir les gevrey chambertin et le vosne-romanée de ce domaine.

    Très bon rapport qualité/prix

    Bien sûr ce Fixin n'est pas à la hauteur des gevrey-Chambertin du domaine Bouvier, mais il est très agréable avec de beaux arômes et très équilibré.
    Je conseille quand même.
