When we talk about Côte-Rôtie, we must keep in mind that we are in the presence of one of the most prestigious vineyards in our territory.

We are located south of the city of Vienne on the right bank of the Rhône and this appellation is divided into two parts: the Côte Brune to the north of the commune of Ampuis and the Côte Blonde to the south.

This Côte-Rôtie "BASSENON" is made from vines planted in the SEMON area on the Côte Blonde and is made from a blend of Syrah and Viognier with 10% Viognier. It should be noted that up to 20% Viognier is allowed in this appellation.

The nose is fabulous with beautiful fruity aromas easily pulling on ripe red fruits with a spicy and peppery touch.

A festival of red and black fruits in the mouth with a beautiful elegant and refined length.

This is a wine that can be enjoyed young when you like the sensation of having fruit in the mouth!

A wine that can also be kept for more than ten years with more complex aromas that develop over the years.
